November 16th, 1995 - October 4th, 2018
On October 4th, 2018, while playing a men's recreational hockey game, we lost Noah. He was an amazing son, brother, cousin, nephew, grandson, uncle and friend. He had the heart and size of a giant and would help anyone that needed it. He loved life and lived it to the fullest.
This page is to support the Noah Lane Trulsen Memorial Scholarship. All funds from any sale will go towards the scholarship in his name.
Noah Lane Trulsen was born on November 16th, 1995.
He grew up a fun, happy, loving kid who loved to hang out with his friends and play sports.
Noah started off playing hockey outside with his brothers and found a love for being a soccer goalie. At the age of 14, the gentle giant transitioned into being a defence-man in hockey.
After high-school Noah continued playing hockey for Ridge Meadows Minor Hockey and set on a journey to become an electrician.
The day of October 3rd, 2018 Noah passed his final test at BCIT and achieved his goal of becoming an electrician.
Later that night and in the early morning of October 4th, 2018, Noah passed away while playing a men's recreational hockey game.
Since Noah had such a passion for hockey, every year near his birthday of November 16th, the Noah Lane Trulsen Scholarship, holds a charity game at Planet Ice, Maple Ridge.
This is a place and time to gather with family and friends, enjoy a great hockey game, a great dinner with silent auctions, 50/50 and much more, all while honouring the memory of Noah.
(All proceeds go towards the Noah Lane Trulsen Memorial Scholarship)
